These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Mini Models India website and its content.

By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.

1. About Mini Models India

Mini Models India is a modelling agency that identifies, evaluates and represents talent for modelling, advertising, fashion, commercial, entertainment and related opportunities.

Representation by Mini Models India is not guaranteed by submitting an application.

Submitting an application does not create an agency-model relationship.

2. Eligibility to Apply

The current application process is intended for children up to and including 15 years of age.

Applications for children older than 15 are not currently accepted.

Applications for adult models are not currently open through the website.

Where an application is submitted for a child, the application must be submitted by the child’s parent or lawful guardian, or by another person who is legally authorised to act on the child’s behalf.

By submitting an application for a child, you confirm that you have the necessary authority to do so.

3. Applications

Submitting an application allows Mini Models India to review the information provided and determine whether the applicant may be suitable for representation.

Mini Models India does not guarantee that:

• An application will be accepted
• An applicant will be contacted
• An applicant will be shortlisted
• An applicant will be offered representation
• An applicant will receive modelling work
• An applicant will receive any particular level of income or number of assignments

Selection decisions are made at the discretion of Mini Models India.

4. Accuracy of Information

You agree that information submitted through the website is accurate, current and not misleading.

If you submit information on behalf of a child, you are responsible for ensuring that the information provided about the child is accurate.

You should notify Mini Models India if important information submitted as part of an application changes.

Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information may result in the application being rejected or, where applicable, representation being terminated.

5. Photographs and Uploaded Content

You must have the right and authority to submit photographs, videos, text or other materials uploaded through the website.

When submitting photographs or other materials on behalf of a child, you confirm that you are authorised to submit those materials.

You must not upload content that:

• You do not have permission to use
• Infringes another person's intellectual property rights
• Contains unlawful or harmful material
• Is misleading or fraudulent
• Violates another person's privacy
• Is inappropriate for the purpose of the application

Submission of photographs does not automatically grant Mini Models India unrestricted rights to publish or commercially use those photographs.

Any broader use of a model’s photographs, portfolio or likeness will be subject to the applicable representation arrangements, permissions and agreements.

6. Representation

Being featured on the Mini Models India website or being contacted following an application does not by itself constitute formal representation.

A person becomes a represented model only after Mini Models India has formally accepted them and the applicable representation documentation has been completed.

The terms of the representation relationship, including responsibilities, permissions, commissions, fees, bookings, image rights, exclusivity and termination, where applicable, will be established separately through the relevant agreement.

These website Terms do not replace a representation agreement.

7. Modelling Opportunities

Mini Models India may introduce represented models to brands, photographers, advertising agencies, production companies, casting professionals or other potential clients.

The availability of assignments depends on client requirements, casting decisions, location, timing, suitability and other factors.

Mini Models India does not guarantee that any represented model will receive a particular number of assignments or a particular level of income.

No casting, booking or commercial opportunity should be considered confirmed until the relevant details have been formally communicated and accepted.

8. Children and Child Welfare

Mini Models India is committed to treating children with care, dignity and respect.

The child’s welfare is a fundamental consideration in decisions concerning representation and modelling opportunities.

We do not intend for children to be pressured into modelling activities or opportunities that are inappropriate for their age or circumstances.

Parents or lawful guardians remain responsible for the child’s participation and should raise any concern with Mini Models India immediately.

All modelling, advertising, production and other activities involving children will be subject to applicable laws, regulations, permissions, safeguards and contractual requirements.

9. Website Content

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date.

However, we do not guarantee that all website content will always be complete, accurate, current or free from errors.

Information about models, campaigns, services and opportunities may change without notice.

10. Model Profiles and Campaigns

Photographs, biographies and other information displayed on the Models and Campaigns pages are provided for informational and promotional purposes.

A model’s appearance on the website does not guarantee availability for a particular assignment.

Campaign imagery may include work created for or in collaboration with third parties. Where appropriate, rights and credits may belong to the relevant photographers, brands, production companies or other rights holders.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Mini Models India website, including its design, branding, logos, text, graphics, layout and original content, is owned by or licensed to Mini Models India.

You may view and use the website for personal, informational and legitimate business purposes.

You may not, without prior written permission:

• Copy substantial portions of the website
• Reproduce or republish website content
• Modify or commercially exploit website content
• Use Mini Models India's branding or trademarks
• Scrape or systematically collect model information or photographs
• Download or reproduce model portfolios for unauthorised commercial purposes

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of intellectual property rights to you.

Mini Models India does not control those websites and is not responsible for their availability, content, security, privacy practices or terms.

• To engage in conduct that could harm a child, applicant, model, parent, client or Mini Models India

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access where necessary to protect the website, its users or our business.

14. Website Availability

We aim to keep the website available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

The website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical problems, security measures, hosting issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

15. No Guarantee of Results

Mini Models India does not guarantee that participation in the agency, submission of an application, creation of a portfolio, attendance at a casting or participation in a modelling assignment will result in:

• Employment
• Paid work
• Income
• Fame
• Career advancement
• Specific commercial opportunities

Modelling and casting decisions are dependent on individual clients, market demand and other factors outside our control.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mini Models India will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or reliance on information provided through it.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful or where applicable law does not permit such exclusion or limitation.

17. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses or claims arising from your material breach of these Terms, including where you knowingly provide false information or submit content without the necessary rights or authority.

This clause does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.

18. Privacy

Your use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Any separate representation, booking, casting or commercial agreement will govern the relevant relationship or transaction separately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms or use of the website will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
