We review every application carefully, but only a small proportion are invited to join. Given the volume of applications we receive, we're only able to reply directly to families who have been successful — if selected, you'll hear from us within 14 days. We represent children aged 0–15.
There is no cost to join Mini Models India and no upfront sign-on fee. We work on commission, taking a percentage of earnings from photographic and television work. A one-off administration fee of ₹3,000 per child is deducted from a model's first earnings, including castings — a single charge rather than a recurring one, and modest compared to the annual fees some agencies charge.
No agency can honestly make that guarantee, and we won't pretend otherwise. What we can promise is that every suitable opportunity is put forward on your child's behalf, with the same care and professionalism throughout.
Yes — once your child joins us, we ask to be their sole representing agency. We're always open to collaborating with other agencies on individual projects, so if another agency brings you a proposal, let us know and we'll explore it together.

Professional photographs aren't required to apply, though we recommend them for children aged 3 and above, as they present your child more effectively to clients. We can also put you in touch with a professional photographer at a preferential rate to help build an initial portfolio.
Likely, yes — most castings and jobs take place during term time, so some flexibility around school commitments is worth planning for in advance.
Mini Models India is based in Bangalore, and most castings and jobs take place here. We recommend being within roughly an hour's commute of the city, though this isn't a strict requirement — please get in touch and we can discuss your specific circumstances.
Your child will automatically be considered for any suitable opportunities as they arise. We're a friendly, approachable agency — several of us have direct experience with children in the industry — and we're always happy to help with questions, transport planning, or anything else our models and their families need.
Payment timelines vary by client and can take up to 90 days. Payments are made either online or by cheque, issued in the child's name.
