A. Information submitted through an application
When a parent or legal guardian applies on behalf of a child, we may collect:

- Parent or legal guardian's name

- Parent or legal guardian's telephone number
- Parent or legal guardian's email address
- WhatsApp number, where provided
- Instagram or portfolio link, where provided
- Information about previous modelling or acting experience
- Photographs uploaded as part of the application
- Any other information voluntarily provided in the application
For adult applications, where such applications are made available by Mini Models India, we may collect equivalent information directly from the applicant.

We will not knowingly process a child’s personal information without the consent or authorisation required under applicable law.

5. Photographs and Other Media
Photographs and videos submitted to Mini Models India may contain personal information and, in the case of children, personal information relating to a child.
Application photographs are collected primarily so that we can assess an applicant for potential modelling representation.
Submission of photographs does not mean that Mini Models India has accepted the applicant for representation.
If an applicant is selected, photographs and other portfolio material may subsequently be used as part of the model’s professional portfolio and for legitimate agency and casting purposes, subject to the applicable representation agreement, permissions and consents.
We will not assume that permission to use photographs for one purpose automatically gives us permission to use them for unrelated purposes.
6. How We Share Personal Information
We do not sell personal information.
We may share personal information only where reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including with:
- Service providers who help us operate our website and business
- Hosting, storage and infrastructure providers
